DevOps Roles

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our College’s IT team. You will be responsible for managing and developing our DevOps systems and processes. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our IT infrastructure is secure, reliable, and up-to-date.

Responsibilities:

•Design, implement, and maintain our DevOps strategy and tools

•Monitor and analyze system performance and provide recommendations for improvement

•Develop and maintain automated deployment processes

•Troubleshoot and debug issues related to DevOps systems

•Participate in the design and implementation of system security measures

•Collaborate with other IT departments to ensure optimal system performance

•DevelopandmaintaindocumentationforDevOps processes and systems

•Ensurecompliancewithregulatorystandardsandindustrybestpractices

Requirements:

•5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering

•Expertise with cloud technologies such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, etc.

•Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible and Puppet

•Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

•Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python and Bash

•Familiarity with continuous integration/deployment tools such as Jenkins and Git

•Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
